Gradex Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and Gradex Courses, operator of the Gradex educational platform. Its legal registration/license number is STAGING-NOT-REGISTERED, and its registered address is STAGING ONLY — LEGAL ENTITY DETAILS PENDING.

By creating a Gradex account or accepting these Terms, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy identified in the applicable policy set.

1. Eligibility

Gradex's launch service is available to users aged 18 or older.

By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You may not share, sell, transfer or permit another person to use your account.

Notify us promptly at ahmedhazem232425@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Educational nature of Gradex

Gradex provides educational courses and related learning services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gradex is not a university, government entity or official representative of any university, and participation in a Gradex course does not itself grant an academic degree, university credit or guarantee any grade, examination result, admission or employment outcome.

4. Course access

Registration alone does not give you access to a course.

Course access may require an invitation issued to the intended student, acceptance of that invitation and administrative approval.

Access may be limited to a specified period and may expire automatically according to the applicable course-access terms.

Course access is personal and may not be transferred or shared.

5. Course content

Course descriptions are intended to describe the educational content offered. We may make reasonable updates to lessons, recordings, exercises, organization or instructors where necessary to maintain or improve a course, provided that we do not intentionally misrepresent the material nature of a paid service.

Individual instructors may express educational opinions or teaching approaches that do not necessarily represent an official position of a university or other institution.

6. Acceptable use

You must not share account credentials; circumvent authentication, access controls or protected-media systems; download, copy, redistribute, sell, publicly display or record protected course content except where expressly permitted; scrape or automate access in a manner that interferes with the service; probe or attack the platform; upload malicious material; impersonate another person; or use Gradex in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, course content or security.

7. Intellectual property

Gradex, its licensors and applicable instructors retain their respective intellectual-property rights in platform software, branding, videos, lessons, presentations, graphics, text and other course materials.

Your course access is a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable materials for your own educational purposes during the authorized access period.

No ownership of course content is transferred to you.

8. Payments and consumer rights

At the current launch stage, Gradex does not process payment-card details through the platform itself.

Where a course is offered for payment through an authorized separate sales or payment channel, the applicable price, access period, payment terms and any course-specific cancellation/refund terms should be disclosed before or as part of the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable law.

9. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but may perform maintenance or experience failures involving networks, hosting providers, storage, email, security services or other dependencies.

We may temporarily restrict parts of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or incident response.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, unauthorized account sharing, security abuse, unlawful activity, fraud, attempts to circumvent course-access restrictions or other conduct that materially threatens Gradex or its users.

Where mandatory consumer rights apply to a paid service, suspension or termination under this section does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Communications

You agree that Gradex may send communications necessary to operate your account and courses electronically, including email-verification messages, password/security messages, invitation and access notices, service notices and support communications.

Marketing communications, if introduced, will be handled separately where consent is required.

12. Third-party services

Some Gradex functionality depends on third-party infrastructure or services.

Your use of a third-party website or service reached through an external link may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

13. Security

You must not attempt to defeat, disable, interfere with or test Gradex security mechanisms without written authorization.

If you reasonably believe you have found a security vulnerability, contact ahmedhazem232425@gmail.com rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing it.

14. Disclaimer concerning academic outcomes

Gradex provides educational assistance and course materials, but learning outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee a particular grade, examination score, academic result, university decision or employment result.

Nothing in this clause affects any legal obligation to provide the service as described.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gradex is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting solely from circumstances reasonably outside our control.

This provision does not excuse Gradex from providing an agreed service with the level of responsibility required by applicable law.

16. Changes

We may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to the service, security, law or business operations.

Material amendments receive a new version and effective date.

Where renewed acceptance is required, Gradex will request acceptance of the new policy set before continuing the affected service.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait.

Any mandatory consumer-protection rights and competent-jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

18. Language

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are provided in Arabic and English.

Both versions are intended to convey the same meaning. To the extent permitted by applicable law, if there is an inconsistency, the Arabic version prevails.
